Let me first say that I don't go back and delete the older 'stuff and things' because I want my viewers to see what all has been going on - - too cool of stuff to do away with! Lots of fun, exciting booksignings! My first book signing was at Trinity by the Sea Episcopal Church-Port Aransas, Texas, followed by one at Half Price Bookstore-Corpus Christi, Texas, Baskins & Co.-Corpus Christi, Texas, Friday Lenten Fish Fry at St. Paul's Catholic Church-Corpus Christi, Texas, and last but not least, Denise's Unlimited Salon-Corpus Christi, Texas.

During the April 18th, 2011 booksigning at Denise's Unlimited Salon, 1105 Airline, Corpus Christi, Texas, KIII Channel 3 TV News Anchor Rudy Trevino covered the book signing, interviewing me. The story ran on the 5:00 PM news, the 6:00 PM news and even the 5:30 AM news the following morning! Yay! Thank you KIII Channel 3 (ABC) for such a wonderful, professional interview! It was better than I could have ever imagined!

Denise Miller of Denise's Unlimited Salon, has a radio show every Sunday morning at 8:30 AM on 1440 KEYS AM, Corpus Christi, Texas, called "Guess What I Heard At The Beauty Shop?" and asked me to be her guest on both shows that aired Sunday, April 17th and April 24th, 2011. During both interviews, Denise and KEYS host, Terry Shannon interviewed me regarding 9 Miracles. It was a wonderful experience!

Denise Miller also hosted a second book signing on April 25th, 2011, at Denise's Unlimited Salon, (361) 991-1356, at 1105 Airline, Corpus Christi, Texas, and has autographed copies of 9 Miracles on hand for sale.

Denise Smith, (a long-time friend I went to High School with) of The Love Note Christian Gifts Store, (361) 992-0471, at 1220 Airline, Corpus Christi, Texas, has in stock several autographed copies of 9 Miracles and is actively promoting my book also. This may be the most beautiful store in Corpus Christi!! Whether you pick up a copy of my book or not - you MUST stop by and see all they have to offer. I could spend hours in there browsing there is so much to see and enjoy!   

A.C. Gilmore, Jr. owner of the Blossom Shop, (361) 992-7011, at 5417 South Staples, Suite C, Corpus Christi, Texas, is also stocking autographed copies of 9 Miracles for sale. "It would be a great "add-on" to any arrangement." he said.      

Hamlin Pharmacy, (361) 853-7303, at 3801 South Staples, Corpus Christi, Texas, is currently carrying autographed copies of 9 Miracles. So when you swing by to pick up a copy, make sure you make time to have lunch at their FABULOUS fountain restaurant! It's a stop you won't want to miss!

Lots of irons in the fire - just waiting to hear back from lots of people and places. I've been talking to National Wounded Warrior Project, The Air Force and Navy (to stock in their BX's), I've mailed off LOTS of copies to TV talk shows, Morning Shows and different "Corporate" offices that makes the ordering decisions for different bookstores, you name it. Everyone I can think of! Please pray that they will choose to stock 9 Miracles as an "everyday stocked item" and not just a "specialty order item". This way, it will be in EVERY store they have - all across the nation!  This needs to be on the shelves so people can see it!

I'm trusting that God will open the right doors and the word about 9 Miracles will start to spread. If you or someone you know - can help open one of these doors - - - please do! Jesus will love you for it and so will I!!!   :)  We need to somehow get this stocked in EVERY hospital gift shop and airport bookstore and EVERY Christian Store and bookstore in America! I claim this victory and bind it and stand on His promises that He is Lord of Lords and King of Kings. He is unchangeable, unshakeable and unstoppable. This is His book and His message will be heard.   

BARNES AND NOBLE BOOK SIGNING!    

Barnes and Noble Bookstore, 5129 Blanche Moore Blvd. Corpus Christi, Texas, will be spotlighting me on an "New Author's Night" on Sat. July 16, 2011, for a book signing from 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm. They want me to speak for a few minutes on my book and then answer questions in addition to signing books. My speaking time is set for 3:15 pm. I hope everyone will come out to say hi and pick up another copy of my book even if you already have one. It makes a GREAT gift! I signed 10 books at this one!   

LifeWay Christian Store, Southwest Crossing, 5900 SW Loop 820, Fort Worth, Texas, is hosting a book signing gala for me on Sat. June 25, 2011, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm! Yay! They are busy printing up posters and bag stuffers to advertise the event. Like Barnes and Noble, they want me to speak and answer questions for the crowd so hopefully the store will be packed and we can generate more interest! Please tell everyone you know about it and come join the party. We would LOVE to have the line out the door! I signed 15 books at this one!

Family Christian Bookstore, 4938 South Staples, Corpus Christi, Texas, will be hosting a book signing for me on Sat. July 2, 2011, from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm. We are trying to get the word out about 9 Miracles as much as possible so even if you are unable to make a book signing, please tell everyone you know about it. I signed 31 books at this one!

Whew! That's about it for now - after all this I'm ready for ice cream and a bubble bath! Calgon, take me away! HA! May 2011 - My publisher, Crossbooks Publishing Company, spotlighted me as their FEATURED AUTHOR for May on their Official Website! (Insert cartwheel here!) It was quite a honor to be chosen as it's NOT "everyone has a turn at it."  Since May 2011, is now past, there is a new featured author, but it was so much fun being able to pull it up and BOOM! There's my 9 Miracles cover and article about me and my book.

They also have a section in their website called "Author News" and I am still covered in that also. They have posted my KIII TV Channel 3 interview (aired April 18, 2011) for viewers to enjoy. How exciting!! Thanks be to God!! This is all to HIS glory.(Even once it's no longer showing, I don't want to delete this as I want people to realize it was spotlighted.)

I'm proud to say that for May 2012, June 2012 and ALSO July 2012, "9 Miracles" has been listed on the Crossbooks Best Seller's List!  WOW! Thank you to all who felt led to buy/order my book. June 19th and 20th, 2012 - New Orleans, Louisiana - Southern Baptist Convention

I'm SO excited to announce that my book, 9 Miracles, will be on display at the Southern Baptist Convention, being held in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 19th and 20th. Crossbooks Publishing Company has a prominent exhibit at the convention and this is potentially HUGE exposure for 9 Miracles!!  Approximately 9,000 ministers and church leaders attend this convention and will have the opportunity to browse through the Crossbooks exhibit and I am praying that ALL will wander through at one time or another during their free time and that the front cover will catch their eye!  Any and all SBC prayers appreciated!!  This needs to take off like wildfire and go viral and this could be the catylist!!! Harold Kolchanes, host of the radio show, "Corpus Christi Business Advocate" invited me to come on his show and be his guest. Mr. Kolchanes graciously interviewed me basically for the ENTIRE hour of his show. He gave a great review of my book and had wonderful comments and questions that made the hour fly by! Thank you Mr. Kolchanes for helping me spark interest in 9 Miracles. I urge all viewers to tune in to his radio show via computer if at all possible! God richly bless and keep you Sir.

NEWS FLASH!!!  Hammes Bookstore at The University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana, will be stocking and carrying 9 Miracles in their beautiful bookstore!

On Saturday, November 12, 2011, The Love Note Christian Gift Store, 1220 Airline (by Toys R Us) Corpus Christi, Texas, will be hosting a book signing from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Come shop this beautiful store and while you're here, I'd love to personalize a book for you and your loved ones.  I signed 17 books at this one!

A personalized, autographed book makes an excellent and touching gift. One that the receiver will always enjoy because of the thoughtfulness on the giver's part - it truly is a wonderful way to show how much you care.

I hope you like it~it sure was fun to make!! It took lots of takes to finally get it within the right time frame, plus in-between the neighbor's weedeater or lawn mower going, the cuckoo clock and grandfather clock going off, the phone ringing, the cat jumping up and wanting to get in the action (which wouldn't have been so bad but he kept turning around showing his hiney to the camera, HA!) we finally got it finished! Whew! Thank you to my great husband, Rick, who was the Producer and Director. :)  

Every year, four churches in Beeville, Texas, come together for a Lenten Series Luncheon and asked me to be the Key Note Speaker for the first week. The four congregations are The Episcopal Church, The Lutheran Church, The Methodist Church and The Presbyterian Church in Beeville. It was held at St. Philip's Episcopal Church on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 in the Parish/Fellowship Hall. Everyone was so lovely and gracious. There were approximately 60 people in attendance. After a lovely lunch, I was introduced and spoke for about 20 minutes. I also took questions from the audience and had the best time! I had brought books for anyone who would like to get an autographed copy, and signed 41 books! 

One table of ladies had driven from Freer, Texas (about a 75 mile drive, one way) to hear me speak. They invited me to come speak to THEIR group on April 26, 2012, and they will all be buying my book to read it as a group with discussion. How exciting!  We first met at a local cafe that resembled something out of an "Old Western Movie" and all had lunch together. I had the best hambuger! Then, we all went to Faith Christian Church and there was coffee and deserts and I spoke and then signed books afterwards. I signed 18 books at this one! It was such a enjoyable, wonderous, blessed day.

I literally LOVE telling the story "behind the story" of the book. It's things that aren't in the book (or barely touched on) so it's always fun to share. Besides, if I were to stand up there and say #1 is this, #2 is that - etc, it would bore people to death because you HAVE to read it to get the full context. Also, why would ANYONE want to buy the book if I give all the nuggets away?  The audience was great and you could have heard a pin drop! Everyone was very gracious. Thanks be to God for opening these doors! 

I had the honor of having a book signing at the LACKLAND AFB BX Thursday, May 10, 2012 - Sunday May 13, 2012. I signed 104 books at this one!  It was SO my "happy place" seeing all the newly graduated Airmen, in their dress blues, so proud and their stellar bearing! *sigh* Seems like yesterday we were there for my son's BMT Graduation. God bless all these Airmen and their families! I am SO proud of and for each of you. Thank you for your service.

On Friday, June 1, 2012, I will be a guest, signing books at Page and Palette, 32 South Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, as part of the First Friday Author Roundup (which is part of Fairhope's First Friday Art Walk). I have family in the Mobile area and thought, how fun to set up a few book signings while in that beautiful state! I can't wait to get there and be a part of the activities. I hope if you are in the area that you will mark your calendar and come by and say hi and pick up an autographed copy of "9 Miracles".  I signed 13 books at this one!

Also, the same weekend, on Sunday, June 3, 2012, The Barnes & Noble Eastern Shore, 30500 State Hwy 181, Suite 414, Spanish Fort, AL. will be hosting a book signing for me from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Swing by after church and pick up a few to give as gifts. Jesus will love you for it and so will I.  :)    I signed 30 books at this one!

My publisher, Crossbooks Publishing Company, has signed a contract with Meredith Viera's Production Company (Yes, the SAME Meredith Viera formerly of The Today Show, The View and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire!) and they are looking for books that would make GREAT "Made For TV Movies" on Lifetime Channel! So "9 Miracles" is being sent to Meredith Viera's Production Company for review and consideration for a "Made For TV Movie!" Yay! Now - I completely understand that they may not choose it - but it is STILL exciting thinking of all the possibilities!  Rick said if they DO choose it - he wants Mark Harmon (from NCIS) to play him! HA! How funny! Hmmmm. I'm thinking possibly Sandra Bullock for me - what do you think? I will keep you posted as to what I hear. Now, I completely understand that they may tell me to stick it in my ear - but I am still so excited I can hardly stand it!  Yay again!! Thank you Lord for ALL your blessings! Still haven't heard anything - no rejection letter but no phone call saying "yes" -  - Hmmmm. Must mean they are still considering it as they said I would receive a rejection letter if it was a "Thanks, but no thanks". So any/all prayers appreciated and I'll post AS SOON AS I HEAR - - - one way or the other!  :)

On Friday, June 15, 2012, I had a book signing at the Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi Exchange. I met so many wonderful people and had the time of my life! I signed 43 books at this one! Thank you to all who stopped and visited and bought a copy of "9 Miracles". I pray that touched your heart in a special way.  :)

On Saturday, January 12, 2013, I had the pleasure of obtaining a booth and having a book signing at the Diocese of Corpus Christi Ministry Day Conference, held at the American Bank Center.  I signed 48 books that day! Thanks be to God! AND - 3 different shops/bookstores (that also had booths) took my Publisher Info in order to order/start carrying my book in THEIR shops. Thanks be to God AGAIN! AND - I made 2 different contacts for future speaking engagements! Thanks be to God AGAIN! God is so good and opens the right doors - - at just the right time. Thank you Lord for your mercies.    

On Saturday, February 9, 2013, I will once again be signing copies of "9 Miracles" at the St. Paul's Catholic Church Ethnic Fest. Look for my booth in the tent with other vendors. There will be music, food, arts and crafts and of course, '9 Miracles'. Stop by and say hi and pick up another copy of "9 Miracles" to bless someone else. It makes a great gift! I signed 17 books at that event! Thank you Lord! Many others stopped by to say they had bought my book at last year's Ethnic Fest and how much they enjoyed it! That was so thoughtful of them to swing by my booth and tell me how much they loved it.

On Thursday and Friday, February 21 and 22, 2013, I will have a vendor's booth at The Episcopal Annual General Council Convention to be held here in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the American Bank Center. A great opportunity to swing by and get an autographed copy. Hope to see you there! I signed 96 books at this one!  And - booked another speaking engagement for a Book Club event in December. It was a GREAT two days! Thank you Lord for all your mercies!

On April 3, 2013, I had the pleasure of speaking at the monthly meeting of The Catholic Daughters of America. I had a wonderful time, was very warmly received and signed 6 books! Thanks you ladies for your sweet, Christian spirit and open arms!

St. Paul's Catholic Church had an Arts & Crafts Fair on Sunday, October 6, 2013. Was SUPPOSED to be under a HUGE tent but a front blew in - tent blew down (Thankfully, no one was inside!) so everyone set up under sidewalk eaves or inside classrooms. (Gotta be versitile! HA!) I signed 22 books, even in the pouring rain! Had a great time! God is good ALL the time and ALL the time - God is good!

Gearing up for my East Texas book tour! On Wednesay October 16, 2013, I'll be heading to Gladewater, Texas where Friday, October 18, 2013, I'll be signing books 9:00 - noon at Sidewalk Sale held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 501 E. Hwy. 80, White Oak, TX. On Saturday, October 19, 2013, I'll be at The Screen Door,120 S. Main, Gladewater, TX and that evening, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM I'll be at the Gladewater Opry House, 108 E. Commerce St., Gladewater, TX signing books before the concert begins! The concert will be a Tribute to Johnny Cash! I look forward to meeting lots of new people and sharing God's book, '9 Miracles'. Come out to see me and say hi and pick up your autographed copy. Makes GREAT Christmas gifts! This is going to be such a fun trip! I signed 38 books at this one! One lady, bought my book on the Friday AM signing, called around Gladewater to find where I was for Sat so she could come buy TWO MORE to give as gifts! Said, as she was reading it Friday night, that she literally had, as Oprah calls it - - "an Ah Ha Moment!" I am so humbled and touched by her kindness! It is ALL GOD folks! It is nothing of myself! Thank you Lord for all your mercies!

Was invited to come back to The Screen Door in Gladewater, Tx for another signing for their Downtown Shopping Area Christmas Season Kick-Off Gala, Saturday, November 9, 2013. All the stores would stay open a little later, offering food & carolers singing Christmas music in the streets. I signed 17 books at this one! One lady that bought my book emailed me afterwards saying she had an arguement with her husband beforehand & was feeling very low. She actually prayed that the Lord would somehow let her know He knew she was going through a rough spot & walked into this antique store and there I was, signing copies of "my Christian book that talks about how we are NEVER alone as we go through our darkest hours".  I am blessed to have been used in that sweet lady's answered prayers! God is so good! He places us where we need to be. I almost didn't go back to Gladewater as I was just there 3 weeks earlier (8 hr drive one way) but decided to go afterall. NOW I realize it was God all along. He needed me at THAT particular place, at THAT particular time, to be there for THAT particular lady! We can safely rest that GOD IS IN CONTROL! Thank you Father!
