Leigh Watson, 52, born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and currently lives in San Antonio, with her husband of 11 years, Rick.

As a single Mom for 11 years, she struggled as she raised her son and daughter. They were only 1 and 3 years old when their father left. She always commented that she and her children were so close that if they were to ever cry - she would taste salt. They have always been the light of her life.

Leigh enjoys cooking, playing tennis and has a mean cross-court forehand. She also enjoys singing, watching sports, especially football, baseball, tennis and NASCAR. Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is her favorite driver.

Tender hearted and animal lovers, she and Rick have 6 cats, 2 dogs and hermit crabs. All neutered, 6 of the 8 were adopted as abused rescues. Not purposely trying to add to their family, they simply happened by them. They are now beloved family members and no one will ever hurt them again.

When asked, "Who is Leigh Watson and how she would like to be remembered?" Leigh smiled and and said, "I'm the type of person who returns the store cart to the bin, even if it is pouring rain and will park in the farthest parking spot at the post office so the elderly can have the closest spots. I raised my children with "What's right is ALWAYS right and what's wrong is ALWAYS wrong - even if no one is watching." You WILL be held accountable for every action. The best thing you can give your kids is an example. I hope I will be thought of as a thoughtful, loyal friend and a good wife and mother who always made her children a priority."
